Shipping & Delivery

1.Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship directly to the United States.For shipping to all other countries, we are able to accommodate that on a case-by-case basis.  Please reach out to info@surpahs.com

2.How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.Please Note: After items have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

3.How soon will I get my order?

Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time [for U.S. orders] averages 2-6 days; orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the time your order is placed to the day it is received.

4.What if I Need to Change My Order?

If you want to cancel or change your order please email or call us as soon as possible: info@surpahs.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

 

Returns

1.How do I Request a Return?

For orders shipped to the contiguous US, you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order by contact us:info@surpahs.com.Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.  Replacement products can be provided for damaged items.

2.What if my Order Arrives Damaged or does not Arrive?

It is very important you inspect your order upon arrival. In the very rare event that your order arrives damaged, SURPAHS will replace the item Customers are responsible for return replace shipping costs. or, if a replacement is not available, issue a full refund.

We do require that you inspect all shipments within 5 business days of arriving.  All damages must be reported to SURPAHS within 5 business days in order to qualify for a refund or replacement: info@surpahs.com.

1.What is your privacy policy?

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone. No one wants a spam clogged inbox (including us). You can review our complete privacy policy here.

2.Is my credit card information protected?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

3.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover,Diners Club. You can also pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay.
